This Policy describes Anonymous Coding Cult ("we," "us," "our") practices for anoncult.com pages, the SORN web application at sorn.anoncult.com, and ACC products you authenticate to or purchase through those surfaces (for example AnoCard, AnoBridge, AnoGift, AnoPay, AnoRamp, AnoDelivery, AnoSIM, AnoVPN, and others listed on our site).
Separate controllers (wallet apps, carriers, payment networks, Telegram LLC) have their own policies. This document does not govern them except where we act as a processor under their instructions.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on one or more of: contract (delivering what you asked for), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement balanced against your rights), legal obligation, and consent where we expressly ask for it (for example optional marketing if ever offered).

We share data with subprocessors who help us host, deliver, or secure services (for example hosting providers, CDNs, email delivery, analytics vendors). They are bound to use data only on our instructions and where required by law.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or integrity of users or the public.

Blockchain: cryptocurrency transactions you broadcast are recorded on public ledgers. We cannot erase or edit third-party chain history. Wallet addresses and amounts may be visible forever.
Telegram: if you use official ACC Telegram bots or groups, Telegram processes identifiers and message content under Telegram’s policies. We may receive Telegram user IDs, usernames, and chat content you send to our bots as needed to operate those integrations.

We use self-hosted Umami to understand aggregate traffic, service interest and checkout performance on AnoCult and SORN. Our integration does not use analytics cookies or persistent cross-site account identifiers. A coarse referral category may be remembered in this browser tab and used for up to 30 minutes; it contains no unique visitor identifier. Before transmission, page paths and referral sources are reduced to approved categories; private URLs, query strings, account identifiers, wallet addresses and contact details are excluded.
Our server processes IP addresses and browser information transiently to calculate rotating per-site visitor statistics. This is not absolute anonymity. Cloudflare currently proxies the analytics endpoint and also processes connection information. Browser analytics honors Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. If your browser blocks analytics, SORN purchases continue to work.
Individual analytics events are retained for 90 days and cleaned up daily. Encrypted local backups are retained for up to 14 additional days. Operational security logs and the financial records required to manage purchases have separate purposes and retention. Confirmed sales, fulfillment and refund counts are derived from backend records without sending customer identifiers into analytics. Unknown refund amounts or payment fees are not estimated.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, tax, and dispute resolution windows. Retention periods differ by product and data category. Security logs may be kept longer than interactive support tickets, for example. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it where feasible.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port personal data, and to object to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise rights, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your request. Some rights are limited where we must retain data for legal reasons or where requests are excessive or unfounded.

Our services are not directed to children under 16 (or the age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided data so we can take appropriate steps.

We may process data in multiple countries. Where we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to other regions, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.

We may update this Policy. The date at the top shows the last revision. For material changes we may provide additional notice through the website, email where we have an address on file, or in-product banners.
