1. Overview

The Anonymous Coding Cult (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates a variety of privacy-first, no-KYC services. This single Terms of Service applies to all current and future offerings, including but not limited to AnoBridge, AnoCard, AnoVol, AnoSim, AnoCall, AnoGift, AnoPay, SolSlam, and AnoBox.

2. Privacy & Anonymity

  • No Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements — we never ask for IDs, selfies, or personal identifiers.
  • We operate anonymously and independently of centralized jurisdictions.
  • We do not track, profile, or build user dossiers. Limited technical logs may exist solely for abuse prevention.

3. Data Handling

  • Data is stored only when strictly necessary for service operation and is minimized wherever possible.
  • Users may request deletion of their data by contacting info@anoncult.com.
  • No unnecessary retention of metadata; no linking of IPs to accounts for profiling.

4. Acceptable Use

  • You may not use our services for spam, fraud, phishing, harassment, malware, or unlawful content.
  • We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to protect service integrity.
  • Rate limits, abuse controls, or optional fees may be applied where necessary.

5. Availability

  • All services are provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantees.
  • Downtime may occur for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen network issues.
  • We continually improve but make no promises of uninterrupted access.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

  • All Anonymous Coding Cult services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of our services.
  • Do not rely solely on our services for mission-critical or emergency needs.
