Overview

Anonymous Coding Cult ("we," "us," "our") operates privacy-oriented software and infrastructure. These Terms apply to use of our public websites (including anoncult.com), the SORN dashboard and flows reached from it, and products we offer under the collective, including but not limited to AnoCard, AnoBridge, AnoGift, AnoPay, AnoRamp, AnoDelivery, AnoSIM, AnoVPN, AnoCall, AnoVol, AnoBox, and SolSlam, each as made available from time to time.

Product-specific terms or in-app notices may add detail. If there is a conflict for a given product, the more specific text controls for that product.

Privacy and anonymity posture

• We do not run traditional Know Your Customer (KYC) on users for the core experience of many products. That does not remove your obligation to follow law in your jurisdiction.
• We design for data minimization. Limited technical records may exist for security, abuse prevention, accounting where required, or service delivery.
• Public blockchains are not private. On-chain activity you broadcast is visible to third parties independent of us.

Data handling

• We store information only where needed to operate a service, meet legal duties, or respond to abuse.
• You may request access or deletion where applicable by emailing [email protected]. We may need reasonable proof of control over an account or payment identifier before acting.

Acceptable use

• You may not use our services for spam, fraud, phishing, harassment, malware distribution, sanctions evasion, or other unlawful activity.
• We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access to protect infrastructure, users, or legal compliance.
• You are responsible for securing your devices, recovery codes, and credentials.

Availability

• Services are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uptime, latency, or throughput.
• Maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages, or security events may interrupt access.

Liability and disclaimers

• Services are provided as is and as available, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of our services.
• Do not rely on our services as the sole layer for life-safety, emergency, or uniquely high-stakes needs.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows the last revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where allowed by law. Material changes may also be announced through our usual channels (for example the official community Telegram or in-product notices).
